Lucy Yang has been serving clients in the Greater Austin area for 20 years. In addition to her main responsibilities in running the Legacy Realty and setting its overall strategy, core value, core purpose, she remains actively involved in Sales, Land Development, and Property Management. She also is responsible for Land Acquisition, underwriting, entitlement, development and disposition. She has acquired many projects, she subdivided and developed 407 acres of land for 1 acre lot single family house community in Georgetown, Northvista Ranch. She also directed the strategy, funding, acquisition and implementation of a mobile home park and is active in seeking opportunity to purchase land for development and good multi-family properties. Additionally, Lucy raised the funding and acquired over 120 units in the Montevista Condo Community for her clients. All of her clients have gained over 100% to 300% profit in last 5-8 years with this investment. Along with all of these accomplishments, Lucy managed to achieve #1 producer of new home sales in Austin for DR Horton for 2016, 2017 & 2018, 2019 and 2020. Lucy also loves to share her knowledge, experience, and investing principles with investors and to help them to build their wealth with Real Estate Investments. With a background in sales, marketing and real estate, Kristin brings an eclectic mix of experience to The Legacy Realty, LLC as Marketing Director and Transaction Coordinator. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a degree in Advertising, she began her career as a Flight Attendant for American Airlines where she perfected her skills in customer service. Following her interval in flight service, she pursued a path associated with her degree and worked in advertising for several print publications in Texas. Moving to Austin in 2010, she realized her passion for Real Estate; obtained her license and began selling residential real estate. Enjoying the satisfaction of helping a client find the perfect home, she joined The Legacy Realty, LLC in 2019. The opportunity of Marketing Director & Transaction Coordinator is the perfect combination of her experience & strengths. Kristin still holds her license and is very familiar with the Austin Market. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys attending the many music events that Austin has to offer, hiking, running, going to the lake and spending time with her husband, son & her 3 dogs.

Kevin has lived in Austin since 2014 after spending 11 years between Dallas and Houston. He earned his master degree of finance from UT-Dallas in 2008 and has been working in different industries since then including oil and gas, trading and life insurance. Kevin holds TX real estate license, TX life insurance license, The American College of Financial Service CLU designation and LOMA FLMI designation. He is native speaker in both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese. As a father of a 4 year old he loves all the hill county beauties and outdoor water fun Austin offers to us. After some time in the US Navy, Seth started his career in Property Management in San Diego, California. After graduating from Tamkang University in Taiwan, Clare worked as a sales coordinator for 10 years in the manufacturing area of an import and export company. As a customer service expert, she demonstrates a talent for communicating effectively with U.S. clients from diverse backgrounds. Clare also has strong background in accounting, administration and is fluent in English and Chinese. She loves to work in a fast paced, energetic and rapidly growing organization, like the Legacy Team. Originally from Taiwan, her main motivation is to be able to assist our clients with all aspects of real estate and meet their needs in real estate investment. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds, including getting out and exploring Austin.

After I completed my PHD degree, I joined Magma Design Automation and have worked in the semiconductor field as a Sr.product engineer, and application engineer for major tech companies around Austin for over 18 years. I am skilled in statistical analysis and numerical analysis, which always gives me a head for numbers. My prior work experience and knowledge provide me with the tools I need for real estate analysis and the mortgage industry. I have found that finding the best financing program and getting a loan approved is a dynamic and ever-challenging process. It utilizes many different skills, often at once, and I really enjoy that. Before joining the Legacy family, Ana built a strong foundation in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, starting as an agent in 2010 and working her way up to Team Lead Supervisor. Her background in handling diverse client needs with professionalism and empathy made her a natural fit for the real estate industry. Since becoming part of The Legacy Realty LLC team, Ana has taken on the vital role of managing lease renewals. She serves as the key liaison—or the “middleman”—between property owners and tenants, ensuring seamless communication and successful lease transitions. Theresa Hernandez is Austin born and raised. She brings to The Legacy Realty, multiple years of customer service. Before she came to The Legacy Realty , she was a leading customer service representative for a major electrical company. Her expertise in communication helped her coordinate complicated work orders between homeowner clients and the construction team. Theresa took this valuable knowledge to The Legacy Realty, where she is now currently helping to excel the property management department. When Theresa is not working she enjoys spending time with her family , including her two beautiful children.
