This is an amazing property management company. I applied to lease one of their client’s houses on a Friday afternoon and I was expecting a delay of several days due to the weekend. These folks were so quick and thorough that they were able to process my application, approval, and deposit before the weekend was over! This may not be the norm, but everyone was responsive and super professional. Several team members helped me, and I wish I had all the names, but I worked the most directly with Coco and she was just simply amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Coco Runnels is the best property manager we have ever had, and has always exceeded our expectations. When our stove stopped working, she had a replacement for us within 2 days! And when we locked ourselves out of our apartment, she helped us get back in within minutes! She is always genuinely friendly, professional, and prompt. Flew into Austin and got sucked up in Refin and their algorithm bubble. They are wonderful people, but they have an agenda that may or may not fit with yours. Their agents work very hard and care though. Really wanted to talk to a REAL Agent, who knows the area like the back of her hand and was guided to do that from my best friend who's an agent in Vallejo, CA. I trust him and do what he says so... I came here on Yelp and inquired. Kristina Thomas Called. Now I can't find her with the Company she currently works with, but it doesn't matter. I am sure The Legacy Realty is a fine company and I do know that Real Estate Agents tend to float around due to what works best for them. I just want you to know that Kristin Thomas is not just Caring, Knowledgable and Empathetic but,... SHE IS STELLAR. She is refreshingly honest. Tells you the truth, and breaks it to you gently even when you don't really want to hear it but need to, because it is what's best for everyone in the long run. She was everything I needed when I needed her. On a Saturday Night late she spent an hour on the phone with me talking to me straight. Evaluating my situation, what I was getting into, versus what I really wanted versus what was really best for my family. She did it out of the kindness of her heart, wasn't going to make any money off of me. Just was being honest and truthful to a stranger who needed clarity for a long term decision in a short amount of time. I am so grateful to her. She really gave me peace of mind for the long haul. I highly recommend her. If you are honest and looking for someone to get it to you straight for the long haul, look no further than Kristina. She saved me from buyer's remorse and reassured me that I am making the right choice. I only wish I knew about her sooner. We moved into a home owned by The Legacy Realty in 2016. It was a temporary stopover for us, but it's been great. They have digital tools to manage payment, maintenance requests, etc. They were always quick to respond with a maintenance issue, and while we were here we had a stove go out and a microwave. They communicated regularly, and are very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend renting or even working with them to buy your next home.
