Ana Gala brings over a decade of customer service experience to her role as Client Relations Specialist at The Legacy Realty. Before joining the Legacy family, Ana built a strong foundation in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry, starting as an agent in 2010 and working her way up to Team Lead Supervisor. Her background in handling diverse client needs with professionalism and empathy made her a natural fit for the real estate industry.


Since becoming part of The Legacy Realty LLC team, Ana has taken on the vital role of managing lease renewals. She serves as the key liaison—or the “middleman”—between property owners and tenants, ensuring seamless communication and successful lease transitions. Ana is also responsible for activating listings of upcoming vacant properties, keeping the market flow efficient and timely. Additionally, she oversees check-ins and check-outs for The Legacy's Airbnb clients, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and pleasant stay.

When she's not busy keeping operations running smoothly, Ana unwinds by indulging in Korean dramas, sci-fi and horror films, and documentaries. She's also an adventurous traveler, always seeking new destinations and thrilling experiences like cliff jumping, canyoneering, and snorkeling. At the end of each day, she finds joy in cuddling with her beloved Shih Tzu, YSA.
